Summary
After Candace sarcastically suggests that they can make a better toy than the Har D Har Toy Company's "Shimmy Jimmy", Phineas and Ferb design an "inaction figure" based on their pet platypus. Meanwhile, Doofenshmirtz plots to build toll booths to enter and exit the Tri-State Area so he can become rich.

I remember this one...love the Willy Wonka factory spoof. Doofenshmirtz forgot to actually make the trap functional, lol...just bricks, way to go.

I love how the toy company started selling bricks at the end, and everyone actually bought it. I kinda want that Perry toy... xD

That Platypus costume came back in a later episode...just realized this. Although in this one, she's sleveless inside of it. In the later episode, she's got green sleeves. Yup.
